spanking your fellow republicans for getting their clocks cleaned by mr. obama in that debate. tell me what you are upset about and is there some revenge exacted? >> we have very severe long- term fiscal problems. i think there is a lot more that is at the big banks door and the federal reserve's door. it is amazing neither party has been willing to look at the problems. we are faced with enormous long-term challenges on the fiscal side. i thought the whole process was wrong. i have a bias. i was speaker of the house. the idea that the senate at the last minute would write an entire bill, put whatever they wanted into it, send it over, and say, pass it as we wrote it. we will not touch it again. and the house said, ok. crazy. nobody read that bill. it violated everything republicans complained about with the stimulus. the minimum they could have done was brought it up, actually read it, maybe had a hearing to find out what was in it and what did it mean. there were millions of dollars willi understand why the president wants to take care of its friends. what did that have to do with the bil

to address mr. obama's promise that i think drew in so many young voters that he was going to be a great unifyer. he has set up to oppose the country and that basically 51% of american voters were for him. the other 49% of americans that voted for him feel like he is basically sticking his tongue at us and giving us the finger. i feel we were more polarized for us and i feel that as it promised or the broken end of public and to address that. host: as i was talking about earlier, there is a promise to that effect that we do have rating broken. the promise we just to represent that was the pledge to bring both parties together to pass an agenda. as he said, there have not been success set up. it was a robust debate about who is to blame. antwrens of actions. i have not seen him stick of the tongue of a deburred anyone. there was still a polarized place. that was a promise broken. host: those who watch the opposition fight it for personal victory. and a time when people do not demand truth from representatives but here with the one to hear, it seems relevant. guest: this is the kind of jou

to present the president and mrs. obama, the vice president and dr. biden with this beautiful crystal vases. the images of the united states capitol and white house are hand cut and etched into the crystal. the crystal basis on which they sit are inscribed with the name of the recipient and today's date. president obama, mrs. obama will receive the vase depicting the white house. as president and dr. biden will receive the vase depicting the u.s. capital. the vases were designed by timothy carter and hand cut by a master class cutter. at this time, my wife and i invite the obamas and bidens to join us in looking at the beautiful vases.
